This is a review for Joey Haro, Jorge his Supervisor, and Sia in Finance. I never had such a smooth, friendly and believe it or not, enjoyable time ).   I didn't feel pressured at any time and the deal was good until the end of the month so I had a week to think about it.  I have been wanting a Prius since 2005 to save on gas. I ended up buying a new Hybrid and electric 2017 Prius Prime Premium on 4/28/18, traded in my 14 year old Honda Civic.  They honored the Carmax value which I had on paper, gave me a discount on the car along with Toyota giving a credit/rebate made buying this car a no-brainer.  Everybody was nice and attentive.  I got more than I was originally looking for.  I wasn't sure about the electric part but I haven't bought gas since 4/28/18 when I traded in my Honda.  A $100 electric charging card also came with the car.  I still have a little over a 1/4 tank of gas left from when I bought the car.I wasn't looking to buy a Prius so soon when I went to test drive a 2018 Prius 3 on 4/21/18 but gas prices were rising, my car was old and I felt I should start looking for a car sooner than later in case my 14 year old car were to go out.  Joey asked me what I was looking for and what price I was wanting to spend.  I showed him my folder of research and realized I couldn't afford a 2018 Prius 3 for what they wanted but he told me he had some 2017 Prius Primes that they had and that I should take  look.    My first question was "what is wrong with them?".  He said they had been on the lot and Toyota wanted to move them but that they hadn't done a good job of advertising the Primes.  I later went home and look at the Consumer Reports Car issue which had a review that gave the car high marks.  Then I did some online research, went to Car etc.Drove the Prime Advanced model because the Premium on their lot was sold while I was there.  He explained how a hybrid/electric car worked.  Answered all my questions.  Answered all my texts or called me.  I Joey didn't answer a questions, then Jorge called me.  I told Joey a few days later I wanted the car but had to test drive the actual Premium  I was to buy.  Joey told me when he could get the car that week to their lot, I told him I'd see him that Saturday to drive it.  They had my color with the interior I wanted.  I came back the next day as per Joey for him to go over the workings of the Prime since on Saturday, his client after me came and Joey didn't want to rush me going through basics of how the car works.I did end up getting the extended warranty (first time) because of all the electronics involved which are expensive once the warranty expire and I plan on keeping this car at least for 10 yrs.  Sia, in Finance, thoroughly went over all the paperwork etc.  My car was fully charged, the tank filled, and detailed.My car is almost 2 months old and I am still very happy and pleased though the # of manuals to read is ridiculous.  It's really sporty.I hope their service department is comparable.

I've leased from here several times and it's always been an ok experience. Yesterday I went in and got a new car from Bianca and Aaron and it was such an easy, painless experience! They were great. Bianca handled my deal and made me feel comfortable and that they were actually looking out for me and it just trying to make a buck. Aaron was great too. Very knowledgeable and friendly, went through the car with me and showed me all the features. I'd highly recommend these two if you go to this dealership.
