I leased a car from Toyota Santa Monica and received outstanding service from the internet manager, Mark Ashtini. He was so helpful, and effortful, in helping me with extended paperwork, in understanding how to work all aspects of the car, and in filling out extra forms for rebates, etc. He took plenty of time to look out for things I wouldn't have known to look out for. He made the experience excellent for me. Highly recommend and a big thank you to Mark, and also to Mark in the leasing office as well, for making the process smooth and clear.
[NOTE: This review is only of the Service Department. I had posted a previous review of the Sales division. Those folks were crooks and repeat liars. One star was too much for their awful and unethical conduct. BUT...I have had very positive experiences with the Service Dept, so it's only fair to separate my SM Toyota experiences into two reviews.] In the past, when Sales lied about providing me an extra key with my new purchase, Service decided on its own to give me that extra key, which saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars right off the bat. ...
